ishwar Sewa is one of the largest shelters in India dedicated to the protection and care of indigenous Desi cows. We provide a safe haven for ailing, starving, abandoned, and stray cows and bulls, many of which have been rescued from harsh conditions or saved from slaughterhouses. Most of these animals no longer produce milk and are often left to fend for themselves. At our Gaushala, they receive proper food, shelter, and compassionate care from a team of dedicated caretakers, known as Gausewaks, who work tirelessly around the clock to ensure their well-being..

What We Do

Protection

Samuhik Sadiya

As part of our Samuhik Sadiya Sewa initiative, we focus on collective efforts to protect and care for over 21,000 stray and abandoned Desi Indian cows, bulls, and their progenies. These animals are brought to our Gaurakshashala through various sources such as the Police, Government, NGOs, and farmers, ensuring their rescue and safety.

Shelter

Kawad Yatra

The Kawad Yatra is a spiritual journey that brings together thousands of devotees who walk with devotion to offer holy water to Lord Shiva. As part of our service during the Kawad Yatra, we extend our support to the participants and ensure that the cows in our care are blessed with the positive energy of this sacred event.
